Global Asset Management System for viewing and ordering At the heart of all Adtool Solutions is the Marketing Asset management system. Here sits all the marketing assets that a client uses. These assets are organized in sections for approvals, simple viewing, ordering and creating and delivering. Advertising creation module This module allows for the display and creation, modification and delivery of Advertising. The user can select different images, headline and copy options or be given a free text option all based around brand guidelines and pre-approved designs and content. Once chosen the system produces print ready High resolution PDF's for dispatch direct to publication. Direct Mail Module This module allows for the display and creation of direct marketing materials. The user can select different images, headline and copy options or be given a free text option all based around brand guidelines and pre-approved designs and content. The user can then attach a list of target names and address extracted from their own database, or purchased online, to the online job bag and dispatch the completed job direct to a printer. E-mail On-line This module allows the creation of HTML and text e-mails using predefined designs with a choice of headline, image, body copy etc… The system would allow the user to define where the user can click through to and support the tracking of user responses SMS On-line Module This module integrates with a web based SMS / MMS service provider. The system is set up using predefined messages and images, which, again, are customizable. The user simply uploads a text file of target numbers. Complete Back end reporting and approvals suite This module is the administration module used to approvals of materials to be sent out.
